Electrically Operated Coil Tongs- The Body Structure parts are made out of low alloy steel,all pins are made out of high grade alloy & coil resting places are provided with wear resisting non-metallic materials so as to prevent damage to the coils.The body structure is stress relieved to relieve the induced stresses.The entire structure is very robust & strong to withstand the required load.
The equipment is designed for lifting of coils desired load.Rack & pinion Arrangement is provided for opening and closing of lifting arm along with electrical motors for swivelling & sliding of arms.For maximum opening & closing of arms ,limit switches are provided.
Electrical system include circuit diagram ,sensors,hooters,panel bords with wirings and start & stop switches.
The Lifter can be electrically / hydraulically operated with cab,hand operated pendant or by remote control pendent.
